Such is the power of this technique that western medicine is starting to recognise it as a hugly powerful tool in the treatment of many mental health issues.

Positivity

Until recently mental health practicioners only focused on getting people back to a normal and achieving an acceptable level of thinking. Many psychologists saw, achieving a status quo with on-going treatment, the only solution to depression, anxiety and other conditions. However, with positivity in the thinking of the indivdual, much, much more can be achieved and a genuine happiness and contentment with life can be secured.

Hypnosis

This phenomenal resource has much negative press around it, however, the most important thing to note about hypnosis is that it is a "do with", not a "do to" process, menaing that the person being hypnotised is always fully in control

That said, hypnosis is a method to directly access the sub-conscious mind, in order to retireve and resolve negative past experiences, release fears and phobias, as well as introduce more positive suggestions.

Releasing Fear!

Fear is the most limiting of decisions that we take. It can cripple us in certain situations and actually affect other areas of our lives that we did not expect. Releasing fear is not only liberating, but also incredible empowering. It sends the message to our conscious and sub-conscious, that we are capable of more than we previously thought. Remember, fear is a choice that we made in the past, we can choose not to have it in the future.
